Hiding in Plain Sight.

It is the most common condition among the most capable women alive.

The Naming

To hide in plain sight is to know you should be doing something more — and ignore it.

Hiding is not absence. It is performing at fifty percent while knowing you are capable of one hundred. It is cheering everyone else onto stages while never claiming your own.

The world sees achievement. You feel the gap.

The most dangerous thing about hiding in plain sight is that when you are good at it, no one around you notices.

Hiding is not as safe as you think it is. It costs you money, joy, and peace right now.

The disadvantage of hiding in plain sight is that when you disappear, people can't tell the difference.
Who I Am

I was the woman I was sent to find.

I was born in Douala, Cameroon, with a prophecy spoken over me at birth — that I was destined for greatness, that the world would hear about me.

I spent the first half of my life running from it.

I had been building other people's dreams while keeping my own carefully out of sight. I had been calling it humility.

I was hiding.

Twenty years in leadership development. Eight years building a paid coaching practice. Ten thousand professionals trained — including the men who needed to learn how to see what was hiding in plain sight. Seven hundred and fifty women on the other side of the door.

Everything I have built since then is for the woman I was that day.

I was sent. And so are you.
